Created in 2003 to encourage employees’ creativity and to increase the team involvement with the company’s continuous improvement, the Improvement Opportunities Program became a reference in Romagnole. The program is part of the human resources guidelines to encourage the participative management and allows the employees in every level to provide ideas to improve the work environment, develop new tools, eliminate waste and increase security, and many other improvements. Nowadays the program includes thousands of improvements carried out in Romagnole Group, making the company an environment that goes through a continuous improvement process, in which innovation and technologic revolution are part of the everyday life.
